Qualification
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, and Electron.
- Understanding of modern React practices and JavaScript/NodeJS.
- Bonus experience with full-stack technologies including Java, C#, and C++.
- Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.
Responsibility
- Build and maintain features for the Medal platform using React and Electron.
- Collaborate with leadership and the community to iterate on features and improve user experience.
- Ensure end-to-end quality of complex features with attention to detail.
- Analyze code performance and utilize profiling tools to optimize applications.
- Conduct A/B testing and measure feature performance using metrics.
