As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle hiring for critical technical roles, collaborating with senior leadership to shape the engineering organization in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting for individual contributors and leadership roles.
- Deep familiarity with technical roles including Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and Infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Confidence in representing the Mercor brand to candidates.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Ashby.
Responsibility
- Own full-cycle recruiting across software, machine learning, infrastructure, and leadership roles.
- Partner with Chief of Staff, CTO, and Engineering Managers to define headcount plans and hiring processes.
- Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound strategies and Mercor’s product.
- Design assessments to predict on-the-job performance.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision-making processes.
- Track and optimize key funnel metrics for hiring efficiency.
- Drive initiatives for fast offers and strong candidate experiences.
- Build brand awareness through campaigns and events.
