Qualification
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibility
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Mews’ solutions and serve as an ambassador to customers.
- Provide exceptional support for customers on technical issues via messaging, email, and phone.
- Consult with customers proactively on ways to improve usage and efficiency.
- Assist customers in navigating challenges with the hospitality cloud.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product offerings.
