Qualification

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

Responsibility

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Mews’ solutions and serve as an ambassador to customers.
  • Provide exceptional support for customers on technical issues via messaging, email, and phone.
  • Consult with customers proactively on ways to improve usage and efficiency.
  • Assist customers in navigating challenges with the hospitality cloud.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product offerings.
