They are seeking an experienced applied Machine Learning (ML) expert to build and scale ML models in risk and fraud domains, contributing to customer onboarding workflows and overall business growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years of applied ML experience in risk, fraud, trust & safety, or compliance domains.
- Proven track record of shipping ML models from research to production.
- Expertise in handling classification challenges such as imbalanced labels and sparse signals.
- Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure including feature stores and model management.
- Ability to set technical direction and mentor peers as a senior individual contributor.
Responsibility
- Build risk & fraud ML applications with measurable impact on customer workflows.
- Tackle classification problems with extreme class imbalance and sparse signals.
- Innovate in feature engineering and labeling using advanced techniques.
- Establish ML infrastructure foundations in collaboration with the platform engineering team.
- Design feature services, model training pipelines, and model serving standards.
