Qualification
- Experience with languages in the tech stack (React, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, Scala, Python, Go).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, commuting to the SF or NYC office 2 days a week.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.
Responsibility
- Work in React, Redux, Ruby, Rails, Postgres, and potentially Scala, Python, and Go to solve problems for customers.
- Dive into all layers of the stack; frontend, backend, API, data processors, etc.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, Ops, and other Engineers to shape product direction.
- Share knowledge with others in Engineering to help them improve their craft.
- Contribute to the psychological safety of the team and foster good relationships.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring other Engineers.
