Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related roles
- Strong technical background with prior software engineering experience
- Ability to explain low-level technical concepts in ML, networking, and container technology
- Excellent narrative, writing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity and compelling presentation of technical concepts
- Ability to work quickly and utilize AI tools to enhance productivity
- Willingness to work in-person in the NYC office 5 days a week
Responsibility
- Write engaging short-form and long-form blog posts for a developer audience
- Leverage data to identify trends and define the AI/SEO content roadmap
- Organize user resources including guides, tutorials, and references
- Collaborate with developer relations, product marketing, and engineers for documentation and product updates
- Contribute to the overall content strategy and execution
