- Ability to simplify complex topics using clear language and well-designed pages.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to gather information and insights.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user experience and identify documentation needs.
- Experiment with new tools for deploying AI models in the cloud and address user questions.
- Write developer guides, concept guides, help docs, tutorials, and other documentation for developer tools and services.
- Maintain and revise existing documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Improve product usability through effective documentation.
