Qualification
- 15+ years of experience in an engineering organization leading complex technical programs.
- 10 years of software development experience, particularly with cloud storage and compute products.
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project).
- Interest in business automation and scripting in Python and Google Apps Script.
Responsibility
- Partner with key stakeholders to conduct data-driven experiments and deliver features.
- Own executive level communication related to mission-critical programs.
- Drive engineering programs forward to maximize business value delivery.
- Design, maintain, and improve processes and tools for program delivery.
- Build strategic partnerships with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Mentor junior Technical Program Managers and lead by example.
