Qualification
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong backend focus
- Expert in Go (Golang) for building scalable, high-performance services
- Proficient in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js in production environments
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and data modeling
- Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Responsibility
- Design, build, and maintain resilient backend services and APIs in Go (Golang)
- Engineer secure, well-documented RESTful APIs with robust auth and data models
- Develop production-grade frontends using React.js and Next.js with TypeScript
- Implement serverless and event-driven patterns; integrate third-party services
- Model and optimize data across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; perform code reviews and mentor peers
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost
- Contribute to DevOps practices, operational excellence, and documentation
