The Senior Product Manager at Monks will lead cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver digital solutions that address customer needs. This remote role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from research to launch, while making data-driven decisions and mentoring junior team members.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and agile practices.
- Experience with market research and user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-informed decisions.
Responsibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.
- Define product vision and KPIs; manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.
- Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery.
- Lead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Oversee launches and drive iterative improvements based on metrics and user feedback.
- Mentor associate and mid-level PMs; contribute to process and methodology improvements.
