Moveworks is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer II to enhance its NLU and agentic AI capabilities. The role involves leveraging advanced NLP and NLG tools to improve user experiences and the performance of generative and conversational AI systems. The engineer will work with a data-centric team and a world-class annotation team to develop high-quality datasets and achieve state-of-the-art AI performance in production.
Qualification
- Experience in software engineering and machine learning
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG)
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and multimodal models
- Experience with compound AI systems and their engineering
- Ability to work collaboratively in a data-centric team environment
Responsibility
- Apply software engineering and machine learning to create value for customers
- Tackle challenges in conversational agent domains, including cognitive architecture and multimodal agents
- Manage conversational memory and implement reasoning strategies
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications
- Evaluate agents and implement active learning for text classification
