The company, valued at $1.7 billion after a recent funding round, is seeking an AI Cohort Coach to guide apprentices in their learning journey, ensuring they reach their full potential through personalized coaching and support.
Qualification
- Experience in coaching or mentoring, preferably in an educational or professional development context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with apprentices and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform coaching strategies and interventions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting learners.
- Familiarity with AI, data, and tech skills relevant to the apprentices' learning objectives.
Responsibility
- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.
- Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.
- Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning and engagement.
- Maintain an owner’s mentality, proactively taking action and providing support to ensure learner success.
- Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action data for the best apprentice experience.
- Engage with apprentice managers for synchronous progress reviews using operational data.
- Implement interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track.
