Responsibility
- Serve as the key value expert for a select portfolio of major accounts.
- Lead the creation of complex business cases, risk models, and benefits-realization plans for new business.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the business value delivered against the original business case.
- Build the comprehensive financial case for renewal and expansion, modeling future value based on proven metrics.
- Drive regular strategic partnership reviews with senior client stakeholders (VPs, C-level) to ensure alignment and guide their long-term roadmap.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to scale the ability to articulate and measure business value across the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
- Develop reusable assets, tools, and frameworks to support sales and customer success.
- Formalize best practices and drive the adoption of value-based selling across the company.
