Qualification
- Experience in technical program management or solutions management, preferably in cloud computing or AI/ML environments.
- Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product strategy.
Responsibility
- Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: Ownership of technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements that meet the customer's needs for AI/ML.
- Drive End-to-End Program Execution: Oversee the execution of complex programs, including planning, resource management, risk assessment, and internal/external stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
- Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development based on customer feedback and requirements.
- Educate prospective customers on the technical value of CoreWeave's offerings and ensure successful onboarding.
