CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join their Customer Experience organization. This role involves leading strategic customer relationships, defining technical requirements for AI/ML, and overseeing the execution of complex programs. The company focuses on providing cutting-edge GPU technology and infrastructure for AI applications.

Qualification

  • Experience in technical program management or solutions management, preferably in cloud computing or AI/ML environments.
  • Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure and AI applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product strategy.

Responsibility

  • Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: Ownership of technical customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers and partners to define technical requirements that meet the customer's needs for AI/ML.
  • Drive End-to-End Program Execution: Oversee the execution of complex programs, including planning, resource management, risk assessment, and internal/external stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development based on customer feedback and requirements.
  • Educate prospective customers on the technical value of CoreWeave's offerings and ensure successful onboarding.
