Neo Financial is hiring Sales Representatives to represent Neo at grocery stores, malls, campuses, local businesses, and large retail partners across cities. You will acquire customers by signing them up for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products. Compensation includes a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, with bonuses for exceeding targets and semi-monthly payouts, and full-time opportunities with benefits for high performers.
Qualification
- Enthusiasm to share Neo products with Canadians in your community.
- Ability to travel across your city to various locations.
- Money-motivated with a track record of high sales performance.
- Interest in technology or financial products.
- Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful.
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibility
- Represent Neo at grocery stores and other partner locations across the city (malls, campuses, local businesses, large retailers).
- Acquire customers by signing them up for Neo Credit Card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products.
- Act as the face of Neo, delivering product information and brand messaging to customers.
- Travel across the city to various locations, events, and retail partners.
- Earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses; track performance in real-time via the Neo App.
- Meet or exceed sales targets; enjoy semi-monthly payout of earnings and commissions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies.
