Qualification
- 4+ years of deep ML experience with cutting-edge techniques.
- Fluency in PyTorch or JAX and modern serving frameworks.
- Proven record of taking novel ML concepts from research to production with measurable impact.
- Experience with ETL, feature stores, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong data engineering skills with complex data streams and training pipelines.
Responsibility
- Track frontier work in traditional ML, LLMs, multimodal models, retrieval, and agentic systems.
- Identify high-ROI projects by partnering with GTM and ops teams to spot product bottlenecks.
- Build targeted models, owning the full cycle from data curation to deployment.
- Integrate models into the real-time platform via robust APIs and streaming pipelines.
- Set technical roadmap, validate quickly, and iterate based on real-world results.
