Qualification
- Coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and web app architecture.
- Ability to engage directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies such as Next.js, Hasura, and Postgres.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end deployments from design to implementation and rollout.
- Co-build automated workflows with customers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify patterns and opportunities across customer deployments to inform product development.
- Act as a liaison between engineering and sales teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
