- Ability to manage high-stakes issues and align multiple stakeholders under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in storytelling at the board level.
Responsibility
- Own strategic accounts and serve as the single point of contact for high-value customers.

- Lead executive conversations, manage escalations, and reset expectations to prevent churn.
- Identify new use-cases and collaborate with engineering and sales to convert satisfied customers into advocates.
