Qualification
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth startups or top-tier agencies
- Proven sourcing skills with a strong hire ratio and mastery of advanced search techniques
- Experience in creating scalable interview frameworks and ATS automations
- Ability to craft compelling narratives around complex technical visions
- Strong data analysis skills to manage funnel metrics and optimize outreach strategies
Responsibility
- Own full-cycle hiring for engineers, ML researchers, and GTM technologists
- Design repeatable sourcing strategies including email, LinkedIn, and community outreach
- Develop role-specific rubrics, technical screens, and onsite interview loops
- Effectively communicate Netic's mission to convert candidates into hires
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to improve processes and maintain high standards
