The role is for a new graduate software engineer who will work on full-stack features for their AI platform, with mentorship and opportunities to learn about AI and startup operations.
Qualification
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate available to start in Summer 2026 or earlier.
- Familiarity with full-stack development, particularly with React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience or coursework related to databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Interest in AI technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibility
- Build agentic AI products by designing, coding, and shipping full-stack features for Netic's AI platform.
- Own projects end-to-end, from specification to production, including data models, APIs, and front-end development.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and develop features that address their pain points.
- Iterate quickly on features based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
- Work closely with a mentor to enhance technical skills and project management capabilities.
