Qualification

  • Experience in commercial leadership within the aerospace or satellite industry
  • Proven track record of securing high-value contracts
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex deals
  • Ability to navigate government procurement processes
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams

Responsibility

  • Build and execute account strategies for government agencies and large enterprises
  • Track pipelines across government portals and enterprise sourcing calendars
  • Orchestrate compliant submissions and coordinate clarifications
  • Close supply, licensing, and co-development agreements
  • Structure partnerships with primes, SMEs, and universities
  • Maintain a transparent pipeline with stage gating and metrics
  • Feed market insights into roadmaps and pricing decisions
  • Work with Legal/Compliance on export control and procurement rules
  • Represent NewOrbit at industry events and deliver compelling pitches
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial team
