- Develop and lead a diverse, talented, multidisciplinary team through recruiting and mentorship
- Manage the technical roadmap and architecture of the Ads Serving platform
- Partner with engineers to design and build a scalable and reliable Ads Serving Platform
- Ensure adserver compliance with platform guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of the Ads automation strategy
