The company is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for its Workforce Management team to develop features that enhance scheduling accuracy and operational sustainability. The role involves working with a cross-functional team and utilizing technologies such as Python, React, and AWS.
Qualification
- Proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with FastAPI, AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS), and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of workforce management and scheduling.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with autonomy.
- Experience in building and supporting complex software systems.
Responsibility
- Own and deliver high-impact features for the Workforce Management product.
- Collaborate with designers, customer success, and engineers to enhance the product.
- Create labour forecasting tools using machine learning and AI.
- Evolve the data model to support complex scheduling patterns and compliance requirements.
- Work with the Data team on scheduling AI to balance business needs and employee preferences.
