Qualification
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and revenue growth in the commercial sector.
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing sales teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a customer-first mentality.
Responsibility
- Create a strategy to grow revenue across new and existing customers in the Commercial segment in the AMER region.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Account Executives, overseeing day-to-day activity and coaching for performance.
- Partner with regional leaders across Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Development teams for territory mapping and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to onboard new customers and refine the customer journey.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to drive insights into the Ideal Customer Profile and define a customer-first mentality.
- Help build the foundations of Sales at Notion, defining sales-assisted motions as an early member of the sales organization.
- Engage with customers to gain insights that inform product development and improve service offerings.
