Responsibility
- Champion the global operating cadence for the EMEA region to execute the GTM strategy.
- Design, develop, and program manage comprehensive enablement programs for global deployment.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to create scalable training curricula.
- Build and maintain a global sales playbook reflecting best practices across diverse markets.
- Leverage AI tools and automation for personalized learning paths and real-time coaching recommendations.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness and ROI across all regions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align processes and strategies.
