The recruiter will manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive experience while leveraging data to inform strategies and improve decision-making.
Qualification
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, with expertise in niche GTM searches.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive clarity in ambiguous settings.
- Strong sourcing and closing instincts, backed by market fluency across GTM disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and judgment, delivering thoughtful experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibility
- Partner with leaders and advisors across GTM teams as a trusted thought partner.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing through close, creating a thoughtful and inclusive experience for candidates.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform and evolve hiring strategy.
- Design structured, scalable hiring processes across intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs.
- Utilize data and insights to influence hiring strategy, including pipeline health and offer acceptance rates.
- Coach and consult hiring managers to strengthen decision quality and mitigate bias.
