Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting or similar role
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong understanding of technical architecture and solution design
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with customer integrations and data migration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management
Responsibility
- Design and implement technical solutions for customer engagements
- Gather business and technical requirements from client stakeholders
- Participate in technical design sessions and document solutions
- Lead development of customer integrations, automation, and data migration pipelines
- Identify opportunities to enhance Notion's use within customer organizations
- Collaborate with Product, CX, and Engineering teams to address technical challenges
- Assist in navigating technical complexities of large-scale deployments
- Contribute to the growth of the Professional Services team by sharing best practices
