- Proactively identify suspicious patterns and anomalies through transactional data review.
- Perform in-depth case analysis and connect cross-channel fraud activity.
- Present investigative findings and provide recommendations for risk mitigation to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and track key trends in fraud cases.
- Draft and maintain investigative procedures and mentor Fraud Analysts.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide fraud prevention strategies.
