The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve customer processes and support the company's mission of accessible fertility care.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or relevant fields, preferably in a startup environment
  • Enthusiasm for Oma Fertility’s mission
  • Proficiency in eIVF and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibility

  • Support a team of Care Advocates in driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with company leaders, sales, finance, marketing, product, clinical teams, and practice managers to understand the customer journey.
  • Create, implement, and iterate processes to support customers effectively.
  • Identify gaps in processes affecting customer success and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the fertility journey.
