Qualification
- 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.
- Strong product strategy skills with the ability to define vision and sequence bets.
- Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.
- Ability to lead with context and coach PMs to think independently.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Deep care for product quality and a strong sense of what great looks like.
Responsibility
- Own product strategy and execution across core product areas.
- Hire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers.
- Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership.
- Ensure fast learning and thoughtful shipping, balancing speed with rigor.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.
- Define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture, including rituals, values, and operating principles.
