One Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time primary care role in Florida. The position focuses on managing a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, delivering in-office, testing center, and telehealth care, and collaborating with in-person and virtual clinical teams. Opportunities include ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and the performance of in-office procedures.
Qualification
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- In the past five years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 1 year in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), plus either 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- State licensed in Florida, obtained by start date
- Willingness to participate in in-office procedures and testing center work as part of patient care
- Eligible to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in Florida by start date
Responsibility
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
- Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
