The role involves collaboration with various teams to address engineering challenges and improve workflows, while ensuring system reliability and scalability.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, with 3+ years in infrastructure tooling for developers.
- Empathy for the tools and processes that hinder engineering efficiency.
- Desire to learn and share knowledge effectively with others.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to rapidly changing conditions.
- Experience with large-scale deployment of GPU nodes and Kubernetes clusters.
Responsibility
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of tools and systems to accelerate engineering velocity.
- Use AI tools to enhance team productivity and rethink processes.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their workflows and ensure tools meet their needs.
- Partner with product engineers to introduce new features and research capabilities.
- Guide product engineering teams on best practices for building observable, scalable systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents.
