Qualification
- 4+ years of professional engineering experience in tech and product-driven companies
- Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup is a plus
- Interest in building company culture and recruiting talent
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React
- Proficiency in a backend language, preferably Python
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL
- Interest in AI/ML, though direct experience is not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loosely defined tasks
Responsibility
- Own the full product development lifecycle for new people products end-to-end
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and design effective solutions
- Collaborate with the research team to provide feedback and iterate on AI model applications
- Work with a cross-functional team to develop cutting-edge HR and recruiting products
- Innovate on the application of large language models (LLMs) in HR and culture domains
