Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules:
- ITSM
- CSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HAM
- Relevant leadership exposure in ServiceNow projects
- Mandatory experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to guide teams and work closely with stakeholders
