Qualification
- 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning, ML infrastructure, or solution/sales engineering roles
- Solid understanding of machine learning workflows
- Experience training or fine-tuning modern foundation models
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and technical teams
- Ability to translate research innovations into practical solutions
Responsibility
- Drive success with customers through the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle
- Create custom models by training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models
- Design scalable AI solution architectures for customers
- Act as a technical advocate to help customers understand Oumi’s capabilities
- Collaborate with product and research teams to drive product improvements
- Develop technical guides, demos, and best practices for customer success
