The role involves conducting data analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deploying machine learning models to enhance the creator platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in machine learning, coding in Python, and a passion for empowering creators.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an end-to-end machine learning team environment.
- Proficient in writing clean and robust code in Python or other programming languages.
- Experience debugging complex systems with a systematic approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to write clear documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibility
- Conduct exploratory data analyses and proof-of-concept machine learning models to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design effective machine learning solutions.
- Analyze and prepare training data, including using crowdsourcing data labeling techniques.
- Train and iterate on machine learning models using novel techniques.
- Deploy machine learning models to production and write backend code as necessary.
- Debug models when performance gaps are observed and iterate on models.
