As a Founding Account Executive, you will be the first go-to-market hire, responsible for driving the sales cycle and shaping the company's sales strategy in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
- Proven record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals ($50K-100K+ ACV)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and a hunter mentality
- Ability to thrive in early-stage, ambiguous environments
- Bonus: Experience with GTM, pricing, or RevOps tools
Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals
- Develop and test outbound campaigns to build a sales pipeline
- Refine the go-to-market playbook by capturing effective strategies
- Drive multi-stakeholder deals across various departments
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align on sales insights
