- Ability to communicate effectively with PMs, designers, and sales teams
- Comfortable with debugging, writing tests, and customer interactions
- Obsessive about understanding customer needs and feedback
Responsibility
- Write code and develop features end-to-end from prototype to production
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features
- Participate in sales and support calls to understand customer needs
- Unblock growth experiments and drive product adoption
- Mentor new hires and help shape the engineering culture
