They are seeking a RevOps Manager to design and scale systems that enhance their go-to-market strategy, leveraging tools like HubSpot and data analysis to drive growth and optimize sales processes.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems Architecture at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong SQL and data-analysis skills to turn data into insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with GTM platforms like Equals, Clay, Lemlist, or SerpApi.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented, analytical mindset.
  • Hands-on builder who thrives in detailed execution while designing for scale.

Responsibility

  • Own and architect HubSpot, building workflows, automations, data models, and integrations for Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Design scalable systems for real-time visibility into revenue and performance.
  • Build reporting and dashboards in Equals for key metrics like ARR, NRR, and pipeline health.
  • Connect and manage GTM tools into a unified data ecosystem.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and forecast outcomes for smarter business decisions.
  • Automate and optimize processes to eliminate manual work and accelerate conversion.
