Responsibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of permit applications, including researching requirements and submitting applications to authorities.
- Ensure that permit applications are completed accurately and meet the standards of relevant authorities.
- Monitor the status of permits and proactively follow up with authorities to expedite approvals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding permit status and requirements.
- Generate detailed reports on permit progress for customers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
