Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, ideally in enrollments or insurance.
- Strong attention to detail in a low-error environment.
- Excellent phone presence and customer service skills.
- Strong written comprehension and communication skills.
Responsibility
- Handle phone calls, emails, and SMS messages from patients regarding PhilRx and prescription orders.
- Provide status updates, pricing explanations, and technical support for My.Phil accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership and PhilRx teams to resolve patient issues promptly.
- Utilize Zendesk for managing tickets and phone queues effectively.
- Achieve performance metrics including CSAT ratings, error rates, and ticket completion rates.
