Qualification

Responsibility

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team to communicate feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of PostHog's products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to maximize product adoption.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
