They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help redesign the school experience using modern technology, working with a collaborative team to build features that enhance education for teachers, students, and families. The role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office presence five days a week.
Qualification
- Passion for fixing the US education system.
- Ability to thrive in uncertain and early-stage environments.
- Experience with modern web technologies including TypeScript, NodeJS, and React.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering.
- Desire for ownership and growth in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibility
- Work with TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay.
- Collaborate daily with team members from engineering, product, design, and academic programs.
- Take full ownership of projects and lead initiatives that shape the product.
- Contribute to setting the foundation for the engineering culture as the team grows.
- Deliver high-quality products and maintain a high standard of excellence.
