They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts, build pipelines, and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role selling SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Agility in communication and ability to think on your feet during interactions.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand the company's problem-solving approach rapidly.
- Familiarity with sales tools and tech stack, including Salesforce and engagement tools.
Responsibility
- Pipeline Building: Focus on outbound sales to book meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
- Prospecting: Research and create account lists for outbound efforts targeting companies with 150-1000 employees.
- Qualify Leads: Outbound to fit companies without qualifying leads over calls or running discovery.
- Book Meetings: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, email) to book meetings with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work with the AE team and the founder on messaging and feedback, while developing new strategies.
