- Rad AI Continuity is our patient follow-up coordination platform, identifying actionable findings in radiology reports and closing the loop between radiology and downstream care.
- Rad AI Orchestration is our emerging platform layer for workflow, interoperability, and intelligent routing across the imaging stack.
- Own the roadmap and delivery for our orchestration platform and related workflow capabilities, end-to-end.
- Turn high-level product direction into execution – clear requirements, milestones, and execution plans the team can build against.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship on an accelerated timeline, including the implementation details and dependencies.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders to drive decisions on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs—and to keep them aligned as conditions change.
- Work with product and technical teams to make sure orchestration components fit together cleanly with the rest of the Rad AI platform.
- Keep teams focused on what is required to launch something meaningful to drive efficiency for radiologists.
- Serve as the operational owner who keeps the trains running across product, engineering, and leadership.
- You are a product manager with experience shipping workflow-heavy enterprise software, and you can operate as a strong project and product owner—not just a strategist.
- You have built or managed an imaging workflow product or similarly operational clinical software before (strongly preferred).
- You are comfortable driving execution in ambiguous environments with senior stakeholders and tight deadlines, and you can earn trust quickly across engineering and leadership.
- You have strong technical fluency and can work closely with engineers on implementation details, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- You have experience with healthcare imaging, radiology IT, PACS, routing, or adjacent workflows (strongly preferred).
- You can ramp quickly and contribute immediately—you don't need a long onboarding curve before you start shipping.
- Have built workflow or orchestration products before.
- Know how to bring order to multi-team product efforts.
- Can balance speed with pragmatism.
- Are energized by high-ownership, high-ambiguity, high-urgency work.
