Responsibility
- Project manage thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new Ramp Enterprise customers
- Execute successful launches of the Ramp platform across Enterprise accounts in partnership with Account Executive and Technical Consulting teams
- Act as a strategic consultant and extension of customers’ teams during Ramp setup and best practices
- Understand customers' current workflows, pain points, and priorities to showcase tailored solutions
- Drive initial product utilization and revenue for Ramp by ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
