Qualification
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to understand and analyze customer workflows and pain points
- Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges during implementation
- Familiarity with financial operations or SaaS products is a plus
Responsibility
- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete onboarding of new Ramp customers by leading and educating them on Ramp’s functionality and best practices
- Drive revenue for Ramp by minimizing delays in the implementation process and reinforcing the value of Ramp's solutions to customers
- Work with new customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout, providing problem-solving support as needed
- Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings
