Qualification

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer workflows and pain points
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges during implementation
  • Familiarity with financial operations or SaaS products is a plus

Responsibility

  • Ensure fast, thorough, and complete onboarding of new Ramp customers by leading and educating them on Ramp’s functionality and best practices
  • Drive revenue for Ramp by minimizing delays in the implementation process and reinforcing the value of Ramp's solutions to customers
  • Work with new customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and obstacles to full rollout, providing problem-solving support as needed
  • Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings
