Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in architecture and design contributions.
- Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Numpy, Pandas) and React.
- Experience with database systems.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery for complex problem spaces within the squad.
- Provide guidance on system architecture and design to the team.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers in squads.
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers.
- Investigate and prototype new technologies for innovation.
- Be self-directed and drive towards solutions with minimal guidance.
