Qualification
- Analytical mind
- Experience automating and scaling outreach
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Understanding of onboarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
- Customer support experience with tools like Intercom, Crisp, or Zendesk
- Strong writing skills
- Native-level English speaker
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months
Responsibility
- Execute on current outreach strategy including lead generation, A/B testing, and email campaigns
- Reply to leads and record campaign performance
- Develop new growth avenues for freelancer acquisition
- Improve processes and conversion rates for applications
- Review applications and select appropriate professionals
- Onboard new professionals
