The role involves working closely with designers and engineers to create new features, improve application performance, and ensure security. The position is remote and targets Europe-based applicants only.
Qualification
- Professional experience with NodeJS
- Experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
- Strong test-driven approach to development
- Fluency in English
- Enjoy working remotely
Responsibility
- Work closely with designers and engineers to design, build, and ship new features from scratch
- Extend the growing feature set of our collaborative word processor
- Deliver value to users by crafting beautiful book templates for e-readers and print
- Architect and develop highly scalable web applications
- Evaluate and improve the performance, durability, and security of applications in production
- Take ownership of tasks and see features through from start to finish
- Help teammates improve through work reviews and appreciate feedback
